Aug 13, 2012 Not tried Mame on Android yet but certain roms need extra files to run, like the Neo Geo ones for example, find these: neo-geo.rom, ng-sfix.rom, ng-lo.rom, ng-sm1.rom & neocd.bin And stick them in the folder with your Roms. If it's roms from other systems, do a google search for 'mame missing files and whatever console you want'. Neo-geo.rom ng-sfix.rom ng-lo.rom ng-sm1.rom Then either you unzipp them into the neoragex directory(not the rom directory) or put them in the roms directory zipped. Then neoragex will work. How often is google maps images updated. People, I have a question on Mame, I hope someone can help as I am new to all this. Any answer will be appreciated but will need to be a simple form so I can understand it. Right, here goes. I have Mame 0.36 and have just got version 0.60.

I bought 0.36 from a computer fair with games on it ( I know it supposed to be free, I've just read all the read me files that come with it, but like I said, I'm new to this ), anyway, there are no NeoGeo games on the disc which is understandable. I did a bit of research and found that I needed a file called neogeo.zip, this contains:- ng-sfix.rom ng-sm1.rom neo-geo.rom ng-lo.rom From what I understand it is supposed to be put in the roms folder of Mame or NMane etc, I have tried in zipped and non zipped form and the games do not work. Could someone PLEASE tell me what I am doing wrong or missing out, I would be very grateful. Thanking you in advance Bozza.
