We do make a fork Manual and our forks can be serviced by a shop or a consumer if the manual is used. I can attach this manual in an email if needed.Maybe you should tell this to your main germain office. They told me the end user is not allowed to service a Wotan. Main reason I sold the fork was their attitude, and the fact it was broken (performed very badly at 10c or colder). They kept claiming all forks where like that, but even the Wotan started working better after service (it had the top out problem so I got free service).

I was contemplating on keeping it after the service since it worked well, but decided I'd rather keep away from a company with so lousy service (it probably works better in the US though).
